My name is Adele and I am a yoga instructor.
My motto is "Be happy, be grateful".
My favourite part of my job is to see people mentally and physically grow and become much happier in their everyday life.
In this busy time it is hard to maintain a clear mind and balance. We feel like there should be more than 24 hours in a day, we feel exhausted, lost and what is worse, we don't love ourselves like we should. We try to get everything done as fast and as best as we can at the same time, and sometimes, that is just a race we cannot win.
No matter how much organizing or discipline we put into our life and work, every now and then things just get out of hand and we fail, which can often lead to depression. But if we learn to focus on our inner peace, we will soon realize we can achieve much more with much less effort and gain more serenity and concentration.
To achieve this we are going to focus on ourselves - body, mind and soul. Yoga, meditation, stretching and most importantly - being fully in the moment will help us feel amazingly relaxed.
