Frequency of food intake

The optimal and recommended food intake is 5-6 meals a day. It is mainly a regular supply of

nutrients that are important for the proper functioning of the human body. These are breakfast,

snack, lunch, snack, dinner and late dinner. However, it is important to evaluate how

demanding a day awaits me and choose how many meals are appropriate.

There is a difference if I have physical activity and a demanding day or a day without

significantly more physical activity. Therefore, it is necessary to listen to your body and add

or subtract the number of meals per day.

We should also eliminate the stress associated with the habits that we must consume food at

the designated time. For example, lunch must be exactly 12 o'clock, otherwise it is late. No!

how many times do we not even have to be hungry and we can eat food later or earlier. It is
